Mike Martin, president of the Oregon District Business Association, said Rayford’s spontaneous dance was a big hit.

Martin says Rayford told him that the dance was all about being engaged in the community.

We think it is fantastic.

This isn’t the first time Rayford has been caught on camera being awesome — he squared off against a few kids in some street basketball.

Rayford joined the PD last year and typically works nights in the East Patrol Operation Division.
